Solicitations are organized by catchment area and are subject to open competition. Interested providers are encouraged to review and download the Request for Proposal (RFP) packet for each pertinent solicitation listed below and submit proposals by the indicated due date. The RFP packet provides details of the solicitation process, definitions of the services for which we are soliciting, and instructions for preparing and submitting the proposal.

Anchorage Forensic Polygraph Services

Anchorage Forensic Polygraph Services – The District of Alaska is seeking (1) vendor to provide forensic polygraph services for individuals residing in and around the City and Borough of Anchorage, Alaska. This solicitation would be for services to be delivered during Fiscal Year 2027 (FY27), which begins on October 1, 2026, and extends through September 30, 2027, with the potential for up to four (4) additional option years, to be exercised in one-year increments, at the unilateral discretion of the Judiciary. Pursuant to the Request for Proposal (RFP), all services would be delivered at the U.S. Probation and Pretrial Services Office for the District of Alaska located at 222 West 7th Avenue in Anchorage.
